MP3 player FAQs
Q. How do I de-install the player’s driver on my PC?
A. On the driver CD (or the downloaded driver) there will be a file named Uninstall.exe double-click on it to remove the driver.
Q. How do I turn my CD collection into MP3 files?
A. The player is supplied with PC software (called MusicMatch) which can ‘rip’ the tracks from your Audio CDs and turn them into MP3 files.
Q. How do I get the MP3 files from my PC to the player?
A. When the player is plugged into your PC’s USB port, the player shows up as a ‘removable drive’. You can ‘drag-and-drop’ MP3 files on to this ‘drive’.
Q. What ‘quality’(Kbps) of MP3 files can the it play ?
A. The player can deal with any of the common rates from 32Kbps to 320Kbps. However it cannot play other formats such as WMA or AAC.
Q. If the player is a removable drive, can I use it to transfer files between PCs ?
A. Yes, provided you have the ‘driver’ installed on both PCs, you can transfer any type of file(s) up to the capacity of your Compact Flash card.
Q, Can the radio's USB connection be made through a USB hub ?
A. Yes, this connection is fully supported on the radio product.
Q. Will the player driver work with Windows-95 ?
A . It may do, but we are not able to support any USB products under Windows-95.
